CNY Lucky Draw Gold Bless Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the CNY Lucky Draw Gold Bless Promotion (“Promotion”) offered by Vantage Global Limited (“Vantage” or “the Company”), a company registered with the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission (VFSC) under Registration No. 700271. By participating in this Promotion, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion is available from 9 February 2026 to 31 March 2026, based on system time (“Promotion Period”), both days inclusive.

3. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to clients who meet the following criteria:

• Must have a STP, ECN, Swap Free, TradingView or Cent trading account with Vantage; and
• Must be a resident of Eligible Countries/Regions.

4. Participation Requirements

To participate, clients must:

• Opt-in to the Promotion via the Client Portal or APP;
  
  

  Trade at least USD 55,500 notional volume on eligible CFD products.

  Eligible CFD products are Gold (XAU) only.

  Only closed trades with a minimum holding period of ten (10) minutes from the time of execution will be counted towards this Promotion.

  For every USD 55,500 in notional volume traded, clients will earn 1 lucky draw ticket.

5. Bonus or Reward Structure

• Eligible clients will earn lucky draw tickets as outlined in the examples below.
  
  

  Tickets are awarded for every USD 55,500 of notional volume traded. Notional volume is rounded down to the nearest multiple of USD 55,500 for ticket calculation, as reflected in the table below.

• Each ticket gives an entry into the two (2) Lucky Draw Periods for the prizes as outlined below:

a. Mid Period Draw
i. Client who opted in from 9 February 2026 to 28 February 2026.

ii. The tickets used in the Mid Period Draw will not be deducted; all tickets earned will be accumulated in the Grand Final Draw.

b. Grand Final Draw:
i. Client who opted in from 9 February 2026 to 31 March 2026.

• Non-winning Rewards:

  Clients who did not win a prize in the Grand Final Draw will receive a reward based on the highest tier they qualify for, calculated from accumulated tickets:

Grand Final Draw winners are not eligible for cash rebate from Non-winning Rewards.

• The estimated retail value of each prize may vary depending on market conditions, region, and availability. While Vantage will use reasonable efforts to reflect current values, no guarantee is made that the estimated value will correspond to the actual value at the time of delivery.
• The more tickets clients earn, the higher their chance of winning a prize in the Mid Period Draw or Grand Final Draw.
• Lucky Draw Winners may choose to receive a cash rebate equivalent to 80% of the estimated prize value in place of the physical Gold prize. The final cash rebate amount may vary due to market conditions.

6. Winner Annoucement

  Vantage will announce the winners via Social Media Platform on 6 March 2026.

  At the end of the promotion, Vantage will announce the Grand Final Draw winners on Client Portal and Vantage APP within 7 calendar days and on Social Media Platforms within 15 business days.

7. Prize Delivery

• At the end of the Promotion, Vantage will review eligible accounts and notify winners via their account manager within fifteen (15) business days.

  Clients must respond and submit the required information and documentation within five (5) business days of receiving the email notification. Failure to respond within this timeframe will result in prize forfeiture.

  Clients must provide Vantage with their full name, residential address, email address and phone number to facilitate the shipping of their prize. Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information as required. Vantage will not be held liable for any failure in prize delivery due to incorrect or inaccurate information provided by clients. Personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of this Promotion and will be processed in accordance with Vantage’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

  Prizes will be dispatched within sixty (60) business days of the announcement date. Delivery times may be affected by external factors beyond Vantage's control (e.g. courier delays).

  All prizes are subject to availability. In the event of extraordinary circumstances where a prize becomes unavailable, Vantage reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute or replace the prize with an alternate item or voucher of similar value, or to offer a cash equivalent of up to 100% of the estimated value of the prize.

  Cash Rebate will be credited to the client's live trading account after the promotion ends within 15 business days.

8. Disqualification

Vantage reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

• Violates any of the Terms;
• Provides false or misleading information;
• Engages in suspicious trading activities or abusive trading practices,including but not limited to churning, hedging and/or any form of market manipulation.

9. Modification and Termination

Vantage reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this Promotion or any of the Terms at its discretion, including voiding any prizes or rewards in case of violations, suspicious or abusive trading practices, or misuse of the Promotion. Updates or changes will be communicated via email and posted on the website.

10. Local Laws and Jurisdiction

This Promotion is subject to the laws and regulations of Vanuatu. By participating, you agree that any disputes arising from these Terms will be governed by and resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Vanuatu.

11. Data Protection and Privacy

By participating, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Liability

Vantage is not liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from participation in the Promotion. Vantage's liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law and will not exceed the value of the prize or reward awarded under this Promotion.

DEFINITIONS

1. System Time refers to the MetaTrader (MT) system time, which operates on GMT+2 or GMT+3, depending on daylight saving time adjustments.

2. Eligible Client refers to clients who meet the eligibility criteria to participate in the Promotion, as specified in these Terms.

3. Eligible Countries/Regions refers to the countries or regions where the Promotion is accessible to clients through their Client Portal, subject to local laws and regulations.

4. Notional Volume refers to the total value of a derivative contract position, determined by multiplying the underlying asset’s price by the size of the position.
Formula: Notional Volume (USD) = Trading lot X Contract size X Closing price of the underlying assets X End of day product exchange rate to USD.

5. Reward refers to any of the items or rewards specified in the Promotion, including, but not limited to, physical items, vouchers, or cash rebates credited to the client’s trading account.

6. Churning refers to the practice of opening and closing CFD transactions solely to benefit from promotional offers, rather than executing trades based on sound investment strategies.

7. Suspicious Trading Activity refers to any conduct that Vantage, based on reasonable assessment, determines compromises the integrity of its services or markets, including holding opposing positions, exploiting low liquidity or price gaps, or engaging in abusive practices. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

a. The Promotion applies only to valid STP, ECN, Swap Free, TradingView or Cents accounts. Premium accounts, USDT, BTC, and ETH currency accounts are not eligible unless specifically stated.

b. Clients' tickets and details will be updated on the system dashboard on a daily basis at 17:00 GMT+3.

c. Clients referred by a PAMM/MAM or money manager are ineligible to participate in any Vantage offers unless otherwise specified.

d. New accounts are subject to Vantage's standard approval processes. Clients are responsible for understanding their local laws and regulations prior to application.

e. Clients should ensure that their trading activities align with their individual risk preferences, as this Promotion is not intended to alter the client's risk appetite or trading strategy.

f. Clients agree to indemnify and hold Vantage harmless from any claims arising from participation in offers, including violations of terms or applicable laws.

g. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version of these Terms and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
